CIP system pharmaceuticals
The Pharma CIP System is a compact, fully automated CIP system for pharmaceutical operations – engineered for high hygiene and safety requirements. Its central feature is the fully welded safety tray: all process components are mounted above it so that leakages or overflows are safely collected.

Safety Tray – for Control and Process Safety
The system is mounted on a safety tray that serves as a collection and protection function:
- Surrounding edges and drain channels for safe media guidance
- Optional: integrated drain connection for collecting and controlled discharge of cleaning media
- Safety tray version depending on design: AISI 304 or PP
- Collection tray: AISI 304 with continuous weld seam and drain
Cleaning Logic (fully automated)
The system operates with defined cleaning cycles, typically:
- pre-rinse
- caustic
- intermediate rinse
- acid
- final rinse
- disinfection
Process data is documented in accordance with GMP and FDA requirements.
Design & Hygienic Engineering
All product-contact components are made of AISI 316L with dead-leg-free piping design and are fully CIP-capable. Depending on the version, electropolished surfaces are available.
Integrated Sensors (Process Monitoring)
For process control, integrated sensor technology is available, including:
- conductivity
- temperature
- pressure
- level
- pH
- flow
Dosing of Cleaning Media
Dosing units for the cleaning agents used operate via highly accurate pumps.
