ALCOHOL MONITOR – In-line Alcohol Measurement
Alcohol Measurement by Density or Sound Velocity
The ALCOHOL MONITOR measures the alcohol content of water-ethanol mixtures, including during the production of beer and beer mixed drinks. Depending on the version, measurement is based on density using RHOTEC or sound velocity using SONATEC.
Measuring Principle
Depending on the version, the alcohol content is determined from density using RHOTEC or sound velocity using SONATEC.
Applications
- Water-Ethanol Mixtures
- Beer
- Beer Mixed Drinks
- Alcohol Content
- Production Process
- In-line Measurement
Temperature drift of the measurement signal is automatically compensated. European patent application: 1 439 438 B1.
