Product preparation - manufacturing of liquid pharmaceuticals

Centec preparation containers are designed for the production of liquid pharmaceutical products . The aim is repeatable product formulation with very precise process control – from filling to dispensing of the finished product.

Process flow

1) Filling with WFI

  • The container is first filled with water for injection ( WFI ).

2) Dosing & dissolving of raw materials

  • Pre-weighed raw materials (e.g. concentrates, powders) are added.
  • A circulating pump dissolves the raw materials in the water.

3) Precise level control

  • Differential pressure gauges and load cells are used for accurate level control .

4) Repeatable formulation through strict regulation

  • Temperature and pressure in the container are controlled within narrow limits to achieve optimal and repeatable product formulation .

5) Sterile product dispensing

  • At the outlet of the container, the finished product flows through a sterile filter .

Hygiene design & equipment

The design is geared towards very good cleaning and sterilization properties .

Ferrite content: < 1% possible
