The neutralization system automatically regulates the pH value of acidic or alkaline wastewater before it enters the company's wastewater network, a municipal wastewater treatment plant, or is discharged directly. Integrated pH sensors and dosing pumps for acid and alkaline solutions control the neutralization process continuously or in batches.
The system is designed as a closed stainless steel or plastic unit, depending on the chemical composition of the medium. A PLC-based control system monitors pH value, fill level, temperature, and conductivity, and documents all process data in accordance with GMP environmental regulations.
The unit can be designed as a compact skid unit or as a stationary installation in the wastewater line. CIP-compatible versions with cleaning cycles and chemical rinsing are available.
