Mobile CIP unit – cleaning system for decentralized plant cleaning
The Mobile CIP Unit is a compact, mobile cleaning solution for decentralized locations . It consists of a stainless steel tank with an integrated pump , valves , and measuring technology – mounted on a sturdy chassis with two swivel casters. This allows for autonomous CIP operation at any location, without the need for the equipment to be permanently connected to a CIP process.
Application
The mobile CIP unit is used for cleaning tanks in hygienic or pharmaceutical processes that are not connected to a CIP process and/or cannot be brought close to a CIP system . Its compact design allows for flexible use in laboratory or production environments .
