Mobile CIP unit – cleaning system for decentralized plant cleaning
The system consists of a stainless steel tank with an integrated pump, valves, and measuring technology, mounted on a sturdy chassis with two swivel casters. It enables autonomous CIP operation at any location and can be connected to existing processes. Connection to the equipment can be made via rigid piping or hoses.
Precise monitoring ensures that cleaning and rinsing cycles are performed. All components are hygienically designed, CIP-compatible, and easily accessible for maintenance. The unit is made entirely of stainless steel and meets GMP and FDA requirements.Special features / characteristics:
- Compact, mobile stainless steel construction (AISI 304 / 316L)
- CIP-capable, validatable
- Integrated pump and possible temperature adjustment for independent operation
- Temperature and conductivity monitoring optional
- Concentrate dosage possible
- Smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces
- Operation is possible manually or via fully automatic control on the skid.
- Ideal for laboratory and small-scale experiments
- Ready to connect and easy to use
👉 Advantage:
Flexible, GMP-compliant cleaning solution for decentralized applications – mobile, compact and made entirely of stainless steel.
Application:
The mobile CIP unit is used for cleaning tanks in hygienic or pharmaceutical processes that are not connected to a CIP process and/or cannot be brought close to a CIP system. Its compact design allows for flexible use in laboratory or production environments.
