The container is made of high-grade AISI 316L stainless steel and is fully electropolished in contact with the medium, making it suitable for hygienic processes without dead spaces. It enables homogeneous mixing of ingredients through optimized stirring or vibro-mixing systems, even at very low fill levels. The design includes thermally adjustable elements (heating/cooling jacket) for precise process control, e.g., for temperature-sensitive active ingredients. Connections are aseptically designed, equipped with Tri-Clamp fittings or GMP flanges, as well as a CIP spray ball. Complete documentation for qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ) according to pharmaceutical standards is provided, either using our own protocols or as per the customer's documentation requirements.
