HYDROTEC TC is a thermal-conductivity sensor for continuous measurement of dissolved and gaseous hydrogen (H₂). It is designed for in-line measurements from trace concentrations to saturation and is particularly suitable for applications in water-steam cycles and power generation.

Measuring Principle
 
H₂ diffuses through a gas-permeable membrane into the measuring chamber. The change in thermal conductivity of the gas mixture is detected, and the dissolved concentration is derived from the H₂ partial pressure. Temperature is automatically compensated.
