The distribution station connects the main loop to individual delivery points and ensures that ultrapure water or WFI is provided at all times under defined and hygienic conditions.
All pipes and fittings are made of electropolished AISI 316L stainless steel with a dead-space-free design. Valves, sensors, and measuring points are integrated into the automation system, enabling continuous monitoring of temperature, conductivity, pressure, and flow rate.
The medium is continuously returned to the main loop via the return line, ensuring constant circulation and stable product quality.Special features / characteristics:
- Hygienic, GMP-compliant design made of AISI 316L with electropolished surfaces
- Dead space-free construction to prevent microbiological contamination
- Permanent circulation with constant pressure/temperature control
- Automated control with trend, alarm and data recording
- CIP/SIP capable for validatable cleaning
- Modular skid design for easy integration into existing systems
- Optional with UV disinfection or pressure reduction station
👉 Advantage:
Controlled and verifiable distribution of ultrapure water or WFI – consistent quality, GMP-compliant operation and highest process reliability throughout the entire loop system.
Loop distribution station
The loop distribution station serves as a central transfer module within the ultrapure water or WFI distribution circuit. It supplies multiple points of use (tap points, process plants, laboratory equipment) with validated water quality and ensures controlled recirculation into the main loop.
The system keeps temperature, flow rate and pressure constant and prevents stagnation or microbiological growth.
