FlashPasto is a short-time heating system for gentle pasteurization . The goal is to pasteurize the product without adversely affecting its color, taste, or digestibility. For optimal results, pasteurization time , temperature , and pressure are individually adjusted – depending on the product, packaging type, and expected shelf life.

 FlashPasto is designed for stable operation even with variable product flow – especially when installed directly in front of the filler .

 Consistent pasteurization quality through highly accurate process control
 
 
 Two-stage heating to increase energy efficiency :

 – Step 1: Preheating in the heat recovery section ( counterflow to the hot, already pasteurized product)
 – Step 2: Gently reaching the pasteurization temperature via the heating medium (e.g. hot water, heated by steam)
 
 
 Optional buffer tank (on request) to compensate for fluctuations in the amount of product taken in by the filler.
 
 
 CIP cleaning is possible both together with the main line and separately.
