Valve blocks are compact, prefabricated valve assemblies that reduce space requirements, welding effort, and on-site installation time . Centec designs valve blocks fully automatically and precisely according to your specifications – for example, with specific dimensions or height-adjustable feet . Product-contact materials and surface roughness are adapted to the respective application.
What the Valve Block is used for
Centec manufactures frame-mounted, smudge-proof valve manifolds for a wide range of applications. They are typically used for the distribution and control of liquids, for example:
- Water
- product
- CIP medium
Hygiene design & process safety
Orbital welding technology is typically used to achieve a high level of purity in the pipelines.
Double seat valves can be used for the safe separation of media (depending on the design):
- Double seat valves prevent the mixing of product and cleaning agents.
Adapting a new or existing system
In addition to designing and supplying new valve manifolds, Centec also modifies existing valve manifolds. Adjustments may be necessary, for example, due to:
- Expansion or relocation of a manufacturing facility
- additional process lines and tanks
