Standard pressure system – tank pressure control technology
As a compact, prefabricated unit, the Unipressure system requires little space and can be quickly installed on-site with minimal welding. It is fully automated and designed to meet the specific requirements of each customer. The system controls the supply of gases and CIP media to the tanks via the tank tops. A sterile gas filter is integrated for sterile applications. Double-seat valves prevent the mixing of products and cleaning agents. The Unipressure system can be combined with a Centec valve manifold or configured as a standalone, compact unit. It is typically used with storage tanks, fermentation tanks, pressure tanks, and degassed water tanks.
