ULTRATEC - Ultrafiltration
The compact ULTRATEC systems are space-saving ultrafiltration systems specifically designed for treating water for beverage production. Their UF membranes form a reliable barrier against particles, bacteria, and viruses, thus achieving chemical-free disinfection.
In addition to significantly reducing turbidity, colloids, and organic substances, they also enable – in combination with upstream oxidation – the removal of arsenic, iron, and manganese. Thanks to their modular design, ULTRATEC systems can be flexibly integrated into existing production lines.
The systems operate with high filtration performance and minimal space requirements, ensuring consistently stable water quality at low operating costs.Key points:
- Chemical-free disinfection using UF membranes
- Removal of particles, turbidity and colloids
- Reduction of organic loads
- Removal of arsenic, iron and manganese (by oxidation)
- Compact, space-saving design for easy integration
Application:
ULTRATEC systems are used in the beverage industry to provide product water of the highest quality. They remove particles, turbidity, and microorganisms, and serve as a chemical-free disinfection stage.
