In multi-component mixing, different liquid or powdered products are blended. The components to be mixed can be supplied from large storage tanks via supply lines or from containers on the system. Mass flow rates and concentrations are continuously measured during the process and adjusted via ratio controllers. For this purpose, the system is equipped with high-precision flow meters and in-line sensors from Centec. Centec has decades of experience in the development and manufacture of its own precision instruments. The MultiMixer is also frequently used for carbonation. In this case, the system includes a specifically designed vortex-Venturi injector that feeds carbon dioxide directly into the product stream in a very large number of very small bubbles. Centec's mixer technology enables low-oxygen dosing of concentrates. Based on the in-line measurements, the product flows and the carbon dioxide flow are monitored and controlled immediately and fully automatically. This ensures repeatable results and minimal product losses. The modular design of the process system allows for easy expansion, e.g., B. for mixing with degassed water or for pasteurizing the finished product.

  • High-precision in-line sensor technology for process control
  • Excellent accuracy and minimal product loss
  • Customized modular design with standard PLC
  • Frame-mounted for easy installation and commissioning
  • Hygienic design and full CIP capability

MultiMixer - Multi-component mixing

The MultiMixer is used for the continuous mixing of multiple product streams, such as beer, syrup, and flavorings. Because the number of mixing channels can be adapted to individual requirements, the system offers a high degree of flexibility for the production of different products (brands).
