The plant operates on a multi-column principle: Pre-treated water is evaporated in stages, and the vapor condenses into WFI. Special separation and demiser technologies ensure that droplets or impurities do not enter the vapor.
The construction in AISI 316L stainless steel with electropolished surfaces enables GMP-compliant operation and easy cleaning/validation. Full automation ensures continuous monitoring of quality (e.g., conductivity, pressure, temperature) and process reliability.
