In additive dosing, smaller or larger quantities of ingredients are dosed directly into the main product stream according to a pre-selected recipe. The number of components can be adjusted to meet individual requirements. There are various ways to supply the additives, such as from separate tanks via supply lines or from smaller containers located on the system. Optionally, the containers can be heated, purged with CO2 or N2, or equipped with agitators. Reliable flow meters, dosing pumps, and pneumatic control valves continuously measure and regulate the proportions. This ensures highly accurate, reproducible dosing of even the smallest quantities. The modular system design allows for easy expansion, for example, for mixing with degassed water, carbonation, or pasteurization of the finished product.

ADoS - Additive Dosage
The ADoS additive dosing system is used to dose ingredients such as malt extract, hop extract, flavorings, and colorings directly into the main product stream. The compact system offers a high degree of flexibility for the production of different products (brands).
