Description
The Contec P sensor is ideally suited for the continuous determination
of the conductivity in liquids with very low conductivity values.
Primarily the sensor Contec P is used in the pharmacy and food and beverage industry for the in-line quality control.
The Contec P in-line sensor measures continuously and exactly the conductivity of liquids. The sensor is especially designed for the pharmacy, food and beverage industry and further applications with high requirements. Next to the conductivity-value the temperature can be displayed. The measurement principle is basing on a conductive 2-pole measuring head with inner and outer electrode. The sensor fulfills the hygienic requirements of sterile processes with e.g. electro-polished surfaces (roughness Ra < 0,4mm) and FDA-conform materials in contact with the medium. Respective Test- and Quality-certificates are optional available. The sensor is suitable for the typical CIP- und SIP-processes in these applications. The conductivity sensor Contec P can be supplied in two standard-versions, with 1,5" (38mm) or with 2" (51mm) Clamp-flange.
